Marked as nominal 48V, 24Ah capacity, it adopts eco-friendly LFP cells without mercury or cadmium heavy metals. Built with strict compliance with UL, CE and internal enterprise standards, the pack passes full environmental and safety tests. It delivers steady power under cold and hot weather, supports long deep-cycle service, and comes with integrated multi-protection BMS. Under standard 0.5C charge/discharge cycle testing at 25℃, cells maintain consistent capacity decay rate without fast performance drop after repeated deep discharge. The battery works reliably across an extensive temperature window. Discharge operates stably from -20℃ up to 55℃. After 8-hour soak at -20℃, it still releases ≥70% rated capacity under 1C discharge. At high temperature 55℃, capacity retention hits over 90%. It also withstands 24h constant humidity test at 40℃ & 90~95% RH with zero liquid leakage, suitable for outdoor equipment used in cold northern regions and hot tropical areas. Storage range covers -10℃ to 35℃.
Standard continuous discharge current reaches 10A, steady 20A long-term output at 25℃, and peak continuous discharge hits 30A when SOC ≥50%. Internal resistance is controlled under 50mΩ after standard charging and 1–4 hours rest, which avoids obvious voltage drop under heavy loads and delivers smooth power to motors and inverters. Max charging current is adjustable based on ambient temperature: 0.5C within 10–20℃ and limited to 0.2C below 10℃ to protect cell health.
The complete safety test suite proves stable performance under harsh abuse conditions. No fire or explosion occurs during overcharge, external short circuit, thermal abuse, extrusion and 1m free drop from X/Y/Z axes. Product Operate Guide |
1. Use dedicated LiFePO4 charger with 54.75V cut-off voltage; lead-acid chargers are not recommended.
2. Avoid charging under temperature below 0℃ to prevent cell damage, and limit charging current when ambient temperature drops below 10℃.
3. Do not discharge the pack below 37.5V for long-term storage; keep SOC between 50%–70% if idle for months.
4. Place the battery in dry, ventilated space; avoid heavy extrusion, sharp impact or complete water immersion.
5. Inspect the plug and casing regularly for cracks or liquid leakage before daily use.

A1: Yes. It still releases over 70% rated capacity after long soak at -20℃, much better than ternary lithium and lead-acid batteries which lose most power under freezing weather.
A2: It supports more than 4,000 full deep cycles, which equals roughly 8–10 years of normal daily cycling for e-bikes and small solar storage systems.
A3: Our integrated BMS provides full protection. All abuse lab tests including short circuit, overcharge, high-temperature heating and drop prove zero fire or explosion risk under standard operation.
A4: Not advised. Lead-acid chargers have different voltage curves, which will shorten the battery lifespan or trigger protection faults. Please use matched LiFePO4 charger with 54.75V cut-off voltage.
